Christmas Balls – Gluten Free


 

Ingredients

  • 12 Gluten Free Weet-Bix (or 10 regular Weet-Bix if you do not want the recipe to be Gluten Free)
  • 1 cup of sultanas
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed peel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon rum essence or 2 tablespoons rum
  • 397gm can condensed milk
  • dessicated coconut for coating

Method

  1. Blitz Weet-Bix in a food processor until small crumbs form.
  2. Add sultanas, mixed peel, vanilla, rum and condensed milk and pulse until mixture combines.
  3. Roll teaspoon sized balls with your hands and coat with coconut. Store in refrigerator.
