- 340gm Barilla Gluten Free Penne Pasta
- 500gm chicken, cubed and cooked
- 4 bacon rashers, chopped and cooked
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Black pepper to taste
- Pesto basil sauce to taste
- Cook pasta as per packet directions, strain and place in a medium bowl.
- In a small skillet over a medium heat, add oil and onions and cook for one minute. Add zucchini and cook until tender. Add pasta, chicken and bacon.
- Add pepper and pesto sauce, to taste. Toss to combine and serve.
