- 4 Salmon fillets
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon, quartered
- Rub salt onto skin side of each salmon fillet.
- Heat large frying pan with oil on medium heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 5 – 6 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with lemon and your choice of sides.
