Tropical Triple Treat – Tropical Smoothie, Breakfast & Popsicles


Quick, tasty and with a dash of Banana Flour.

Tropical Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Tropical Fruits
  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Banana Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 270ml Coconut Milk (preferably Ayam brand)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tall cup and blitz, preferably in a Kambrook Blitz2Go.

Tropical Breakfast

Serves 2 – 4

Ingredients

  • Tropical Smoothie
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Cereal (I recommend Brookfarm or Aldi Has No…)
  • Optional toppings: Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana or Organic Flaked Coconut

Method

  1. Layer with Tropical Smoothie, Gluten Free Cereal and choice of Topping.

 

Tropical Popsicle

Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients

  • Tropical Smoothie

Method

  1. Pour Tropical Smoothie mixture into Popsicle moulds and freeze until set.
